“The first room sheets were stained with hair on them. The towels were dirty. Room wasn’t clean. Reported to staff and was given clean sheets but the mattress pad was also stained with urine. The next day I was given a new room which was clean.”

“The worst hotel experience that I've ever had. The beds were hard, the covers were dirty/stained up. The hotel smelled of marijuana. The rooms adjacent and next to mine, fought all night long and I mean fought. Loud screaming and pounding on the walls and doors. They were asked to leave but refused. The worker didn't follow through. Breakfast offerings included four pieces of bread for toast and coffee. The waffle dispenser was empty. When we asked about it, we were told that's what they had. “We were traveling to visit the NC Zoo and was able to stay less than 10 minutes away. When we checked in, the front desk attendant, Amber was very friendly and helpful each time we came to ask a question or for assistance. The continental breakfast was good but there were so many people in the area, it was uncomfortable to enjoy the breakfast. Maybe if the dining area was just a little bit larger, it would accommodate more families comfortably.”

“The parking lot is spacious, and there are many great places within walking distance. The baseball stadium, food court, gallery, and visitor center are all nearby. The hotel is quiet and pleasant. The breakfast provided by the hotel feels a bit limited in variety, but it covers all the essentials.”
