"Not sure why they put a six person cap on this one. Could easily fit in a few more. The bunk room downstairs is an offshoot of the garage and completely isolated from upstairs/the rest of the house. The kids loved having what was essentially their own home to themselves. Ocean view is a bit limited by the dunes, true for most of the homes in that area."
