“This rental was excellent, The photos correct. The only problem we found was that is was a half hour walk to the harbour and downtown but that was our own fault- it was listed as being in North Halifax. It was close to some nice pubs and a large grocery store.”

“We did not appreciate our inability to get answers for what to do with suitcases. We called We texted. No help. Ended up spending money to store our luggage at the airport. Huge amount of stairs with a lift withou a key. No wi fi no tv. Kichen forks need to be replaced with decent fork No plug for bathtub. Two towels for three days. We had to pay money to park. Blinds in living room do not close. Big spacious space.obviously meant to be apartment not overnight guests.”

“Conveniently located in the South End of downtown Halifax, this VRBO is in an amazing location. It’s a short walk to the waterfront, great restaurants, Queen’s Marque, and the Public Gardens. I enjoyed the area and felt very safe walking everywhere. The Blue George room looked generally like the listing, but the decor felt less refined in person than in the photos. “Loved our stay in Halifax and this home was perfectly located to all. The home was immaculate and beautifully appointed with all modern necessities. Loved the balcony for taking in the views while relaxing with a nice cup of coffee. The floor to ceiling windows allow for abundant sunshine throughout, with privacy shades for evening. Just as pictured in the listing. Our host was always quickly responsive to any questions and we had no concerns or problems. 2 blocks to the waterfront boardwalk,……

“Nice apartment and close to Halifax waterfront. Washer and dryer was nice to have access to given we were at the mid point of our stay. Parking was a plus and easy to coordinator with owner prior to arrival. While the kitchen and bathroom were clean, I gave a lower cleanliness rating due to multiple long black hairs on the fitted white sheet which made me question if the bed had been cleaned prior to our arrival and the sofa was covered in short white pet hair. ”
