“Staff was extremely courteous. The houseboat was clean and had loads of room. We had booked for 4 travelers but it has room for 6 in all . Despite being in standing water there was no smell inside. Beds and furnishings were clean. The kitchen had all things necessary. Though the microwave is small and there is no oven. We had a great stay. I should also mention that there are free bikes and kayaks for use on property. ”

“The unit we stayed in was very clean, beds comfy. The unit itself is showing some wear and tear but that did NOT affect the cleanliness. The view of the ocean was why i chose to stay here and was not disappointed. The patios of each unit are fairly close and do not lend alot of privacy--not genetally a problem, unless the neighbors decide to get affectionate (if you know what I mean 😀) The pool was clean and offered plenty of seating. I would definitely stay here again.”

“We recently stayed at this lovely house, which is centrally located. The keys provided a great escape, and the house itself was well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay.However, we were quite disappointed with the pool. It was cold, the systems were not well-maintained, and it was not cleaned in preparation for our stay. This was a significant letdown, as we were looking forward to enjoying some pool time during our stay. We even contacted……

“We loved our stay at this villa! The view of the canal was great! The location was perfect for us. One of my favorite memories will always be coffee on the porch in the morning with family. We saw manatees almost every day in the canal. The pool was perfect! I have no complaints except you are only given 2 garbage bags for your entire stay and not enough toilet paper for a larger group. The coffee maker was broken when we arrived but a quick call to the property manager and a new one was……
