“Everything was great ”

“The first thing we noticed that everything was crystal clean. The grounds, the rooms the lobby were kept in a great way. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and willing to help. I believe every staff member we encountered, spoke with a kind voice and a smile.. While there we actually met the owner that he was very gracious and encouraging, and very grateful that we chose Microtel to stay in. We talked to several employees who spoke highly of this owner, which tells me that they have a……

“I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price.”
