“The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located. The property and room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was nice as well. I would stay at the hotel again.”

“The hotel cancelled my reservation without notifying me due to an “overbooking” issue. They implied it was Expedia’s fault. They also indicated they had called me and told me what happened and had already credited my account for the prepaid room. I received no notification from them and no credit. I was able to recover the funds only after Expedia called them. Mistakes happen but the manner in which they handled the issue was terrible.”

“The access to the casino was a plus. Food court had several choices for visitors. Overall, very satisfied with my stay.”

“The room and the building was good, nice. In my stay there was loud banging and noises all throughout the nights that didn’t allow me to sleep, not sure if something in the property or simply another person staying but it was always late into the night. The staff there were very impatient and impolite, I felt like I was being watch at all times. To and from my room, my coming and going as well as what I had at the breakfast room. A little disappointing to be honest.”

“it was okay for a overnight stay. The sink barely worked, room was very musty. shower could have used some work. the bathroom ceiling needed a lot of work. beds not comfortable at all. would not stay there again unless it was the only room within 50 miles of where I need to be.”

“I chose this place based on the high rating through Expedia. The staff was very nice upon check in. The lobby appears clean and smells very fresh. However, that is not what the room looked like. The chair had white stains on it and there were boogers on the wall. The floors were dirty and the room itself showed multiple signs of deterioration. Overall one of the worst hotels I have stayed in and definitely not worth the price.”

“Very friendly staff and the hotel was nice and clean. The breakfast was ok just not a lot to choose from. The pool was also ok. Could have used a cleaning but the kids enjoyed it. Good price and convenient location for one night.”

“The night clerk was so amazing helping us check in. It was storming she was so helpful checking us in so we didn’t have to get out in the storm. The breakfast was lacking. But everything else was very good. Will stay there again.”
