We had the two twin bed room. It was small but had everything we needed. The location was convenient, with a subway stop for the Marunouchi line on the corner. Shinjuku station is only a 15 minute walk also. There is free coffee in the lobby.

Very convenient location, close to metro and small restaurants. As most hotels in Tokyo, rooms are tight, but this one is comfortable. I plan to stay there again.

This was one of the cheaper hotels we stayed at during the holiday period and it's reflected in the service and amenities. The hotel and room in itself was fine but had a few Japanese oddities. For example, you pick up any required toiletries (toothbrush, face cream sachets, slippers etc.) and tea/coffee from the reception area and the rooms are only cleaned every 2-3 days, with towels changed if hung on your door before noon. It works but it's just not the ordinary hotel experience I'm used to. The hotel room is small but normal for Tokyo, even for 3 beds (for a young family of four). Breakfast buffet choice is small but adequate for this budget. The only problem we had was during check-in, the clerk denied breakfast vouchers for our 7 year old child because she wasn't in elementary school (we don't usually live in Japan), even though we booked a "breakfast included" rate. However, the next day it was resolved easily. Wouldn't be my first choice to stay here again but would consider if the price was good (I booked before COVID restrictions were lifted).

Perfectly well located....walking distance to a beautiful park and Shinjuku shopping and restautant area (25min walk or less) ...and metro transportation !!!! i liked everything even the buffet breakfast was excellent !!!
