Conveniently located just 5 minutes from Gotanda Station, which is also itself conveniently located along the Yamanote Line. Friendly staff, has a convenience store just opposite the hotel, and easy to go anywhere in Tokyo from the hotel. Highly recommended!

Nice hotel, only 5 mins walk from station.

It was nice place to stay. Walkable distance from Gotanda station. Nice staff, well equipped room, and good breakfast. Would like to visit again!

Really good spot, convenient for the trains where ever you are going. Good places to eat. Easy to get to the main shopping areas. Staff always polite and helpful, room was spotless. Would recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo for a few days.

No frills hotel close to Gotanda station and an easy walk to Meguro station as well. Simple accommodation, but clean and well placed for exploring the city. I didn't use the breakfast facilities so I can't comment on the food and service.

The property was hidden from the main street making noise less of a problem. Not hard to find once you get familiar with the area. Room is small for large suitcases, which is to be expected. Great staff and attentive service.

Very hard bed, basic residence ambience

Very basic hotel, like a student halls with some noise from adjoining rooms and hallway. Bed was rock hard and cheap, and I would not stay here again just on this basis. APA hotel beds are much more comfortable in comparison. Bathroom is a modular unit and small, I think anyone tall/large would find using the bathroom uncomfortable. Hotel staff were always around but would not offer me a plate when requested due to policy. Did not eat breakfast at hotel, which finishes early at 9:30. Breakfast area was closed off otherwise, no bar or lounge. Catering for mostly solo travelers, likely staying for 1-2 nights. Good location near station for yamanote line and haneda/shinkansen access. Lots of local cheap restaurants, many izakaya with smoking indoors catering to local business people, and wafts of cooking smells including BBQ due to concentration in the area. Advance booking led to a good price compared to others at the time of stay
