Good location, close to the train and comfortable bed. Small but typical of Japanese rooms. But there were no amenities. No ice dispenser, no snacks or little convenience area. It seemed like a business hotel - no frills, somewhere to stay. We were there to visit the city so it didn't really matter anyway

Small cruise ship sizes rooms are the norm in Japan’s urban areas. This one was smaller than even that. So small that there was no room to hang towels in the room to dry out. There were racks neatly provided outside. Location is super. Near Shinjuku. But you have to navigate the station to exit 20 and then get yourself onto the elevated walkway.

Nice location and very clean hotel. Love how there is a self serve storage locker for hotel guest after checkout. There is a Family Mart few steps down so you have access to things if needed!
