"What a lovely stay! Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and a super comfortable bed! The staff were all so friendly, happy and helpful, making us feel really welcome. The cosy, atmospheric bar and dining area was a lovely place to spend the evening, with fantastic food and a beautiful selection of wines and whiskies. Breakfast was equally delicious, with the Eggs Benedict an absolute must! A really lovely place to stay, full of character and warmth. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back!"

"Good check in. Staff really friendly and helpful. Rokm was ok. Bit tired in parts. Floor very uneven and sloped in parts but it's an old building so to be expected I guess. Dinner was lovely but the tables were very sticky.either need a good scrub or a change in cleaning fluid. Breakfast was lovely and reasonably priced. Views are beautiful. Would stay again"

"The room was exceptionally clean and a good size also had a small kitchenette which was a nice touch, so if you fancy a drink before going out you can cook your wine. Good air con warm and cool. "Cottage was fantastic, clean, tidy and everything you could want. Location was perfect with the river and walks and trails. Any query that I had was answered promptly. All in all I would highly recommend and if I get chance to visit the area again this is where I would want to stay."

"I'm glad that I stayed at The Castle Hotel finally. It was very pleasant! My room was spacious and had nice views out of the windows, the bed was comfortable, the staff were pleasant. It wasn't right in the middle of Aber, so it was quiet (minus the noise from the car racing - but I had a great view for it). Easy walk right down to the sea. The only drawback was not having a lift, but that is pretty common and my fault for having a heavy suitcase! I would definitely stay again."
