“This property was not clean. There is definitely a mold and mildew issue. I had it booked for 4 nights and cancelled after my first because the air was so musty I couldn’t even breathe. I switched my room 2 times and still had issues. There was mold in the shower also. They issued me a refund for the remaining nights and were supposed to issue you me points to my IHG account for the night I stayed but after looking on my account that wasn’t done either. Never again will i stay at a resort……

“Staff was nice. Hotel is new so it was pretty clean and well maintained. Requested housekeeping service twice during our stay but never received it so that meant no new bedding, towels, wash clothes, trash bags, etc. which was difficult. Breakfast was ok but very crowded and takes a long time to get food and find a place to sit.”
