"Very comfortable and clean upstairs unit. Kitchen was well equipped. Beach access is directly across the street. You will need a car to get to the restaurants and activities. We just wanted a quiet, low key get away and that is exactly what we got. We would book again."

"What an amazing house across the street from the ocean! It is a little blue circle house and perfect for a small family getaway! The bedrooms were big, big closets, kitchen and dining table large and the wrap around deck is perfect! Ocean view on one side, bay view on the other! House was very clean, and communication with the property manager was perfect! Will absolutely be back! Best experience for my 4 year olds first time at the beach. "Can we go back to the circle house?" is all he keeps saying! "

"This house has everything you want. Space, decks, great kitchen and master bath. We had 7 kids ages 8-15 and 5 adults. It’s a great house and worth the money."

"It was a wonderful week at the beach! Even on the day it rained, the setting was beautiful! The beach has a generous shoreline, and even though there are other people there, it is not overcrowded! This area of Topsail has maintained its quality and is not overly developed, making the stay just what I hoped it would be! The fireworks on the 4th of July that I could watch without going anywhere were magnificent! The ones I traveled to see on the 3rd at Surf City were not even close plus the crowds and traveling back were a downer!"

"Stayed in Topsail for the first time. The location of the house was a very easy walk to the beach. We enjoyed being so close! Checking was simple with lots of communication prior to the stay. The house is clean and comfortable. A nice eat-in kitchen and bar for dinners that was open to the living room We enjoyed having the beach gear and corn hole game. Checkout was also very easy. Topsail is very nice and offers a relaxing getaway. "
