This is a great low budget property, especially considering that breakfast, lunch and dinner are included! It's very, very basic, but if you're not planning to spend a lot of time in your lodgings, it's a great alternative to a more expensive hotel!

Excellent stay at the residence. Room was very basic but we knew that, close to metro station bonus. Took advantage of the buffet cafeteria for mornings and dinner and it was excellent and save us a bit of money and time. Also took advantage of the gym. I’d like to acknowledge Gabriella at the front desk who was welcoming and helpful when we checked in. Will definitely repeat, thank you.

Solo parent traveling with a teen, the 'two bedroom apt' was absolutely perfect for us. Rooms are no frills and clean. All meals are included, food was plentiful and very good, and the coffee was excellent. Staff very helpful and kind. We visit Toronto regularly, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again during the summer session.

It was perfect for family traveling. Location is great and close to station and street cars. Food were great and kitchen staff was friendly and helpful. Facility is secure and my family felt safe. No issues at night. Front desk staff was very helful and gave us directions and advises. Amenities are great. There are table tennis table and pool table. My family have a comfortable stay and enjoyed the time in the residence. Thank you.

L'hébergement est bien situé et accessible avec le métro et le Tramway. Chambre propre il y avait des serviettes et champoin et savon disponibles. Le personnel est accueillant et serviable surtout en cuisine. On devrait avoir un endroit aux étages où on peut avoir de la glace pour l'eau et les boissons. Les repas sont bons et variés nous avions beaucoup de choix. On peut venir séjourner en famille et se sera bien. Une seule remarque l'heure d'arrivée (04 Pm) et de départ (09 Am) sont trop serrées on devrait les allongées. Nous y revendrons en espérons avoir des réductions.

Our visit was for one night to avoid travelling into the city during the rush hour for our son's convocation the next morning. It is a great location for exploring the city and about a 25 minute walk to the university district. Accommodation is a student residence so we knew that the furnishings in the room would be basic, which they are, but they were comfortable and the room was clean. Lighting is something that could be improved though. The all day buffet offers a good variety of food and is included in the price.

Staff and instructions were inadequately helpful when I inquired how onsite parking works. I ended up with $45 penalty parking ticket because I was unclear how the system works. I've traveled all over the Americas and Asia and never had this happen before.
