“There is no A/C and it was unusual weather for that time of year and very warm days No ceiling fans either It doesn’t say in the listing anything about AC so my mistake to assume they had it :(”

No one was on the first floor, but there were people on the third floor, and we didn't hear them at all. Parking seemed confusing at first, but was not hard to figure out and was not inconvenient.”
