"We would definitely recommend The Hideout! It was a cozy, clean, super cute cabin, and we felt right at home! It is a very quiet and secluded location. Lots of extra little touches! The Host was easy to work with. Don’t think it could have been any better!!"

"We had a wonderful week while visiting Townsend. You can tell that the owners put a lot of thought into making guests comfortable as pretty much anything you would need was provided.Coffee and pods, plus filters and extrasSpices and oilsSeveral sodas in the fridge Plenty of pots and pans plus plates and such.Plenty of extra blankets too.The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The pool looked nice, however we did not use it.Communication was great and responsive.The cabin does appear to need a good deep clean, such as windows and decking which were dirty. The cabin itself was clean and neat. Cleaners left previous occupants clothing behind bathroom door, but I think that would be easy for anyone to miss.The road at first was really scary, especially for us Floridians. By the end of the week, we didn’t have any problems. They are very steep, but everything is paved. It would be a huge improvement if they would widen the roads by a foot or two and add concrete at the corners so the turns would not have to be so tight. I would definitely recommend AWD or a 4x4, especially if it’s raining."
