“Very very clean in the room and everything is in order. Like it very much!!”

“This was a great location. The view from our room balcony was amazing. The beach and pool were awesome and you could always find a seat. The room was very clean and the service to refresh towels and supplies were great. Great walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and water activities. The only down fall was the shower temperature. So days luke warm showers and other days we had a cold shower. ”

“We could see a portion of the ocean from our room. The view of the ocean from the pool was wonderful. The room was cleaned everyday including fresh towels. The staff was also very night.”

“Short distance to beach | Clean room | Helpful staff The property is a very short distance to the beach and John’s Pass. It was also cozy and the AC was cold. Robert was amazing by giving us several recommendations for things to do in the area and anything we needed. We will be staying here again.”

“They have many spaces to sit and hang out . A bar open till 11pm with TVs on some tables and a small restaurant opened for breakfast and dinner. Very clean . ”

“Four chairs and a small table on the balcony overlooking the ocean made the visit restful. Stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath on the 5th floor. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed. Used the brand new grills the building provided to cook the fish we caught. Elevator and stairs to use, and an assigned parking space made it easy. The pool and hot tub on site looked clean, and there were folks in there enjoying themselves. Paved walking path out front of the building, clean and……

“Doesn’t have a front desk. Everything is by phone or text. We weren’t given our door code to checkin until that evening, we were stuck sitting in our vehicle and customer service hung up on us. Horrible experience. Room smelled bad and was dirty when we finally got into room. Never going back.”

“The pool was the highlight of the stay...it was warm ..hot tub was great and deck area was great...only downside seemed to always out or low on towels....All staff were very friendly. Air conditioning was freat since it was 80 to 85 degrees all week...”

“We have been to better and have been to worse. If you are looking for 5 star accommodations this is not it. However, with that said the place was just fine and met our needs. You are on your own, as they do not provide maid service. I believe many of the motels in the area are moving to this model which we understand given the state of the economy. Keep operating costs down. The management is not always on site but are nearby. So you can call if any issues arise. The staff we dealt with were……

“Great view of the beach and water. The beds were comfortable. The pools were excellent. Great service at check-in and check-out. Justin was very informative with information for me at check-out. The pool house service was great for towels, beach chairs and water. It was great having Sloppy Joes as a restaurant. We had Melissa for breakfast and lunch on different occasions. She is very friendly and a great addition to the wait staff. It was a great week with the weather and the resort. Definitely……

“There is no one around the property to help out with check ins. There were at least 3 other parties that arrived we helped out because they had issues as well.There was another property down the street theyowned but like this property no one was there. They do have phone numbers posted but good luck with that or getting someone to call you back. We lucked out with someone working on the roof of the property and they had direct number and general manager came over quickly. We also had problem……
