“Four chairs and a small table on the balcony overlooking the ocean made the visit restful. Stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bath on the 5th floor. The kitchen had all the dishes and pans we needed. Used the brand new grills the building provided to cook the fish we caught. Elevator and stairs to use, and an assigned parking space made it easy. The pool and hot tub on site looked clean, and there were folks in there enjoying themselves. Paved walking path out front of the building, clean and……

“Doesn’t have a front desk. Everything is by phone or text. We weren’t given our door code to checkin until that evening, we were stuck sitting in our vehicle and customer service hung up on us. Horrible experience. Room smelled bad and was dirty when we finally got into room. Never going back.”

“The location is very convenient to resturants and beach. The resort is somewhat dated and could use some updating on decor. We did not receive housekeeping services at all on day 1. I went to desk on Day 2 and requested housekeeping. Then on day 3, when I requested it, they only brought us clean towels and did not make our beds. Bathrooms are very dimly lit. The overall amenities as far as beach access and chairs for the beach were very good. I would return just keeping in mind it is an……
