“Our stay at Palazzo dei Guardiani in Venice was fantastic from start to finish. The apartment was huge, spacious, and spotlessly clean, offering incredible value for what we paid. Check in was smooth and easy, and the staff went above and beyond, booking services for us and even carrying our delivered luggage up to the apartment themselves. We loved being tucked into a quaint, quiet neighborhood that still put us just a five minute walk from a lively main square packed with great dining options,……

“The room was nice but there were a few issues. The air conditioning is very weak. Sleeping at night is very uncomfortable. A person came to fix it and it was the same. Second, you are given only 1 extra roll of toilet paper and if you require more you have to go out and buy it at your own expense. If you run out in the middle of the night, oh well, not their problem. There is a kitchen but there are no decently sized bowls, no pot or pan, and hand wash which is meant to be used as detergent. “Location is perfect For elderly people, even if it says 1st floor, there are about approximately 15 stairs to go up. The place was clean, everything privided( bed sheets,towels, slippers.., but no washer in the appartment). Would definitely recommend and come back.”
