“Carla the housekeeper kept a clean room, the front staff was friendly and helpful, the valet leaves something to be desired. They retrieved my car and parked it across the street and said you can cross the street to go get it...we had a cart full of bags so I said you are valet please bring it to this side of the street. Then when he gave me the car, he failed to give me my key fob. Luckily I realized it as we pulled away and we got our key fob. They need to train their valet employees.”

“The hotel shares the parking garage with the arena next door. There a no exterior sign indicating the entrance for parking at the hotel. There was a valet parking area on the street in front of the hotel but there was no attendant. It took several circles around the block to find the parking entrance. We arrived promptly at 4PM (earliest check-in time) but found ourselves tenth in line because there was only one person working the check-in counter. There were also 6 people waiting to retrieve……

“I reserved a smoking room online, but when I arrived, the staff told me that there are no smoking room in the whole building. I am disappoint!”

“I had a pleasant stay at Wilbur Mansion. The staff was very welcoming, and the service was professional. The overall environment was excellent. However, there were a couple of drawbacks: the door didn’t have a locking function from the inside, and there were no disposable slippers provided. As for dinner, the taste was fairly standard, but the pork chop was exceptionally well-grilled and seared to perfection. I highly recommend giving it a try!”
