“We had to leave early morning but surprised how quite the hotel was being next to the airport the breakfast was put out fresh right before we had to go… would stay again if I needed to be in the area for the night ”

“Many positives but one deal killer. Both the 2nd and 3rd evenings we returned to find the door unlocked and not latched. The door did not latch when left to close by itself, we found that you have to pull it shut manually to get it to latch/lock. We informed the front desk the first night and emphasized how important it was to us to know that our room is locked. I think the housekeeping staff does not realize this latching issue so it wasn’t latched closed when they finished. This is partially……

Front desk staff made us aware of ongoing construction and asked if if we'd like to put on a higher floor to avoid the noise. Area around hotel is nice, lots of shopping, dining, options and it's within walking distance of the Hard Rock Hotel/Casino ”

“The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.”
