I din't want to leave!

Great place! I didn't want to leave. I extended my stay three more nights. The staff there are friendly, helpful and always have a smile on their faces. The environment is very boutique hotel feeling. The rooms are comfortable, stylish and clean. There's a little bar and there are food options. For the clothing-optional aspect of this place, it's very respectful, private from the outside and comfortable. The hotel is located in a very safe and nice, developing area with so many food options near by. I definitely recommend.

The stay was ok, but there are many things that the hotel can improve on. 1. The pool should be cleaned. 2. Better lighting of stairs in the night. 3. Improve decor of bar. 4. Host presence during the day. Hotel was empty after past breakfast. 5. Bar is downstairs (1st floor) and pool is upstairs (4th floor). Bar can be closer to the pool. 6. Organize events to attract more guests.

Great experience

Overall I had an excellent experience at Loba. The previous reviews said that Gustavo was amazing and he was nothing short of that, AMAZING! He made sure that all guest are comfortable. Only negatives I have is that the hotel states that complimentary breakfast is available and that is not true. Unfortunately, the hotel is fairly new and they are making additions as they come. The breakfast is one of those accommodations that is still in the works. Gustavo did offer me coffee and a lost of options for food, travel, safety. Also the rooms didn’t include irons so if you need to iron, well, you can’t. The humidity in Tulum strong enough to knock out any wrinkle though. There were only 2 other guests at property during my stay and they were kind and supportive of my first solo trip too. They too were solo. Overall great experience, would book again!
