"We spent six wonderful days in Tower 4, and the property is absolutely stunning. Our room was quite spacious, and the view was breathtaking. However, on our first day after checking in, we encountered a problem with the shower; water was leaking into the bathroom and even spilling into the hallway. We called the front desk, and they quickly sent a maintenance worker to take a look. Unfortunately, the issue was due to a structural problem in the bathroom, which he couldn't fix.
Fortunately, they moved us to another room that was exactly what we had originally booked but on a different floor. The service throughout our stay was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and responsive; whenever we needed anything, a quick text message was all it took for them to come through for us.
The property itself is beautiful, and the beachfront is conveniently close, with plenty of beach chairs available. The staff made sure there were enough for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic time at the resort and can't wait to return."

"The views, private beach, dock, and infinity pool are incredible. The food at Vita and pool-side is amazing. The service is the BEST we have experienced. The beds are super comfortable and luxurious, and the shower is phenomenal too. "

"Our family of 4 had a relaxing time here. We got married in turks and have been to the island 5x. We prefer to rent a car and stay on the quieter side of Grace Bay. We chose WBC for the spacious rooms and kids club. My 7 year old love going there between the hours of 1-3pm when the sun was hot. "

"This is a hidden Gem. The staff is what truly made our stay the most enjoyable and memorable. The room was very clean and well equipped. Close to the pool with a private patio. The bed was comfortable. Pillows are large but very soft.
It is close to shopping and entertainment. Walkable to shops and groceries. We enjoyed the snapper at the on-site restaurant it was delicious. I can’t say it enough the staff make you feel like family. Thank you and we will be back soon. "
