We stayed here for the closeness to a nightclub across the street. We did arrive early, (1pm) but were hopeful for an early check in. Immediately were told it was a fee to check in early. Having stayed at PH just a few months back and having also been early, we’re a bit disappointed as PH did allow the early check in. The room we stayed was very far, had a pool view and was not in the best condition. The sealant from the shower spigot was visible and clumpy. The lighting in the mirror was not working from the top right to the bottom right. The mini fridge in the room had at one point leaked because there was water residue damage on the shelf it was sitting in. The charging sockets were very loose. The walls had damage from the many people in there and they never looked to be taken care off. The 6th floor vending machine was out of order the whole time we were there. The heating system sounded worrisome when it would kick in. The bed sat on a wood frame and would slide pretty easily. We just expected more from a Caesar’s reward hotel. We do not foresee us coming back to this hotel in the future.
