The worst room reservation ever! I went vacation with my family we didn’t get towel and didn’t change bed sheets for five days. I went front desk tell them to change the towel and bed sheet but they didn’t.Finally I call and tell them I was not happy about that. Only they change one day out of five days. I take out my trash because they didn’t clean the room.I have never seen such terrible experience. What ever rule they have they supposed to let the customer know before reservation, otherwise that’s false advertising.I would not reserve that to take out trash me and my family on our vacation. By the way the cafeteria crew did good job,What ever point I gave that’s because of them.
