"Only put 1 star cause it wouldn’t let me put zero!! Place was infested with ants and bed. The hotel refused to give us our money back. Worse stay we’ve ever experienced!"

"We loved the property. We had a girls weekend over the Memorial Day holiday. We had hoped to be on the river quite a bit but the weather did not cooperate with us so we just hanged out at the cabin. We enjoyed the fire pit and the fire table. The cabin is cozy. Beds sleep comfortably and even the sofa bed was comfortable. The light switches are in odd places and you need to be careful with uneven floors but other than that it was great. It is a wonderful place to unwind and disconnect. WiFi is spotty for phone calls but you can get texts. The cabin is secluded but just 10 minutes from town. So it is very convenient. The river is just down the road so a major plus if you want to spend time on the river."

"This cabin was exactly what we needed for our vacation! The cabin is not new and shiny, but it's homey and cozy and perfect for a 'home away from home'. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, is perfect. Everything you could need is included, and if it isn't, Rosemary will get it to you! Great communication, easy check-in and check-out. Fireflies! The lowing of cows! A creek! It's a great location for exploring the state parks and national forests, spending time on the Appalachian Trail, and a lot of outdoor activities!The local grocery store (CJ's) in Lansing was a pleasant surprise. Small grocery store, but has a little bit of everything, and the staff was super nice!Highly recommend both the property and the owners!"

"I found my time here to be thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing. The hosts were very welcoming. The bedding was super comfortable for a good night's rest and the kitchen came well-furnished for preparing meals. The home's beautiful, artistic decor fit perfectly with the natural environment. A great place to stay."
