The room was really nice. Only things that might need updating is the washer and dryer i had to do 3 cycles on the dryer ended up air drying clothes outside. They both didnt work as efficiently, and were super loud and shaky. Also the master bed need to be changed, the bed was thing and lopsided. Other than that, would definitely stay again.

We've stayed at The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park several times over the years, and it continues to be our favorite hotel in El Paso. The building is beautiful and full of historic charm, while still offering all the modern comforts we look for when traveling. The rooms are comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, and we especially enjoy the views of downtown El Paso. One of the things that keeps us coming back is the staff—they have always been friendly, professional, and welcoming throughout our stays. The location is also excellent, with easy access to downtown restaurants, entertainment, and local attractions. Whether we're visiting for work or a weekend getaway, The Plaza Hotel Pioneer Park consistently delivers a great experience. We look forward to staying here again on future trips to El Paso.
