“We had 3 rooms booked and paid for in full. But when we arrived the hotel was booked out. Very disappointing. The reception staff were very nonchalant and didn’t really care that we had paid in full yet no rooms were available. The Manager, however, was good. He apologised over phone to us (he wasn’t actually there). And he got our money refunded in full. But it took several messages between us, the Manager and Hotels.com to get them to refund us in full. And the refund took 3 weeks to...

“It was a very clean place. I did not like the extra charge for having guest stay in the extra bedroom since I was paying for the whole suite. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent. Had stove and fridge so I did cook on days I wanted something different. Not much I didn't like about this place. Had a good stay. Iwas there for 7 days and it was worth every penny.”
