“The rooms were cleaned, and the staff were excellent. Everyone was willing to help. The only issue I noticed was noise due to lots of weddings that were ongoing at the property. There should be a way to have people having ceremonies and weddings in separate locations from the guests staying at the hotel. I used the SPA; the lady was very professional, and the room was cleaned.”

“Safe and quiet, the units at golf course apartments are spacious, functional and uncluttered. The staff are warm and welcoming and the property is kept neat and tidy. There is a pool, gym, tennis court and squash court and nice gardens and walkways to satisfy your exercise needs. Its located very near restaurants and malls in an upscale area. Its also conveniently located beside the Kampala Hospital.”

“We had 3 rooms booked and paid for in full. But when we arrived the hotel was booked out. Very disappointing. The reception staff were very nonchalant and didn’t really care that we had paid in full yet no rooms were available. The Manager, however, was good. He apologised over phone to us (he wasn’t actually there). And he got our money refunded in full. But it took several messages between us, the Manager and Hotels.com to get them to refund us in full. And the refund took 3 weeks to……
