“Very clean”

“No AC. Not broken,just non-existent. Earwigs over bathroom door, plaster bits on bathroom floor, no toilet paper in room, no chairs at all, two throw pillows as sleeping pillows, nothing larger. Dilapidated building, car got scratched up while there, knocking and loud music until around 4AM. TV went on by itself at around 1AM, 2:37AM, and again around 3:30AM, at which point we unplugged it from the wall. There was a mini fridge and microwave, both unplugged, in the room and water on the……

“Cockroaches on walls in morning and on breakfast tables. We told staff and they laughed. Also power went out and all they said was oops sorry. Worst hotel experience ive ever had”

“Upon entry, staff was very hospitable. I love how clean the hotel was inside and out. The rooms were beautifully updated, and I was checked on throughout my stay .one of the staff even help me put on my necklace and I truly appreciated that cause I couldn’t get it on”

“The TV was very difficult to operate. The pool looked like it needed to be cleaned and the lighting was dark. The breakfast was fine. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked fin.”
