“Good ”

“The hotel was generally dirty and not maintained. The breakfast room was dirty (floors and tables were sticky). It was poorly stocked and by 8AM there was practically nothing left to eat (except for waffles). There was no one tidying and replenishing the food. The rooms and hallways were musty and carpets were filthy. I have been a customer of Marriott for at least 30 years and have never had such a bad experience. I am surprised Marriott allows their standards to deteriorate to such a level.”

“The hotel building is fine recently renovated. However they could use a gardener outside to pull the 3 ft high weeds. The towels and definitely need to be tossed and replaced and the shower curtain was quite dingy. If they make those changes it would be worth another star on the rating. Good breakfast!”

“Property was fun and inviting when booking, evening staff however was not available when needed. Waited 20 mins for front desk clerk to show up even after calling front desk on repeat, because our room keys didn’t work, he was in back doing laundry which was unacceptable. Then finally got another key that also didn’t work. Eventually got moved to a new room. Pool had no towels and our room only had 2 bath towels for 4 people. Used gym and had no cleaning supplies for equipment. Hotel itself not...
