“Well… I stay in this hotel to see how they operate I was disappointed when I get to my room simply because the air con is not blowing cold air I need a maintenance same as the small fridge need a maintenance and cleaning it’s dirty the stuff is awful don’t great customers it’s a waste of money I’m not staying there anymore the room has a awful smell when you come in it’s like a sour smell and cigarettes smell to it the casino in the cashiers has awful attitude the casino need help that bad……

“I booked for 3 in our room. I booked a deluxe queen (2 queen beds) with a sofa bed. I was given a double room (2 full beds or VERY narrow queens) and no sofa bed. When I brought that to the attention of the check in person, I was told the elevator was broken and they were putting everyone on the first floor. I asked for a cot, at least, and was told they don’t do that. He did tell me they had a room on the 3rd floor if I wanted to carry everything upstairs. I felt very “slighted” by him and……
