“Beautiful home! This rental is the upper level of a large old home in a gorgeous neighborhood. You enter from the back of the house and up a stairway that was a bit dark; it was not representative of the actual living space. There were 3 clean and well appointed bedrooms (one of the smaller ones has an en suite), 2.5 bathrooms, a dining room, and living room. The furniture was modern. The spiral stairs lead to a rooftop patio (with a sink!) with gorgeous sunset views. The host was thoughtful and……

“I ended up not staying, the parking lot was not secure, horrible neighborhood with people pushing shopping carts around, there was no way I was getting out of the car or leaving my car in that lot. I ended up being able to get a hotel that would take my pet. I think this property needs some better instructions, like ,"don't stay here if you are a single female". ”

“Location was great but if I knew about the parking before I booked and how far I had to walk from parking garage and through the garage I would not have booked. Host sent a canva presentation with clear pictures but still confusing. Parking lot is one way in and one way out so it is tricky turning car around. Apartment had horrible animal smell and musty. “Prior to the stay there was a discussion about a refund related to checking out three days early due to a scheduling conflict with my kids. I contacted both the host and VRBO more than a week before our scheduled check-in on December 29. Was told it was approved. Host charged us for the entire stay. Also, the internet never worked during the stay. Had to connect to my phones hotspot to use the tvs and our mobile devices. The bed clothes were never changed prior to our arrival. We doubd……
