"Great customer service and very nice "

"There were hairs everywhere in the bedroom. The shower handle didn’t work so there was no pressure and barely any hot water. The smoke alarm started chirping around 4 in the morning, battery was dead. When I went to the front desk and the night manager’s solution was to have me switch rooms instead of changing the battery. In the next room the TV didn’t work. On top of that the elevator sounded like it was about to break down."

"Very limited breakfast with almost no options. They run out of everything, not even silverware. Limited food and poor quality"

"This hotel really needs some work and staff. Refrigerator did not work in room and smelled of mildew. Staff keeps the away sign up constantly. Paint peeled off walls at the elevator. Enameled peeled off bathtub."

"We were looking for a staycation for two people.Everything was organized and so cute. Plenty of room for two the kitchen area, even the hot tub. Very peaceful all around. The horses in the morning and the birds chirping. Honestly can’t want to book again for another weekend. Thank you so much. "
