“First off, I have been coming to Urbana Inn & Suites 3 or 4 times a year for the last several years. I have always enjoyed coming from Chicago to enjoy the superb service I get here. “During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. “bathroom sink very clogged, room was very stuffy and smelled unclean, windows had black stuff all around the casing, and I cleaned them with some wipes, which were filthy. I think there might have been mold in the room.”
