"The apartment was very nice, spacious and comfortable. Only reason for the 4 stars is the address is further from the beach then described in the ad. The building is very nice and the owners instructions were very detailed. If I am in the area I would love to stay again. "

"The place is great. Unfortunately, there is a large multi-story apartment building under construction within 30 feet of all windows. Pounding starts at 7:00 am and continues until 5:00 pm. This should have been advised or a reduced rate for the inconvenience caused. "
