"When I got there I was given a different unit than described. It would not work for my situation. The desk corrected it by giving me another unit. That did not work as well. Guest services got involved and upgraded our reservation to larger condo and it was perfect. I highly suggest always checking out your condo as soon as it’s available. Fortunately we were able to do all this switching between three units around noon instead of after 4 pm. The normal check in time."

"Ron was incredibly helpful making sure everything went smoothly. The place was clean, nice and the perfect size. It was right on the slope, true ski in/out. Loved our stay!"

"My friend and I had a great stay. The location is perfect if you like the mountains. The pool is a short walk or drive and was recently renovated .The condo was very nice and clean. Elizabeth was prompt in communication and I would definitely stay there again. "

"The condo was a bit beat up. Very tired. The gas fire place was not working which was a little disappointing. We had a nice time but the property wasn't worth what we paid for it."
