“I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too late! It’s purely ridiculous! Furthermore from the room the guest has no way to reach the hotel personal by any means. If the guest encountered emergency, he/she could do is by using own mobile phone……

“Check in was excellent and easy. Timea allowed us to check in early and we were given a sea view room which was appreciated. The apartment was just the right size and was fully equipped with a kitchenette and nice bathroom. Hotel is very modern and clean with free entry to the gym.
