“房間和廚房都很整潔，單人床也很柔軟舒適。餐桌上還附一張手寫的歡迎小卡，我有把它帶回來❤️旅館合作的咖啡店早餐也蠻好吃，咖啡店裡面也有許多選品可以慢慢逛。旅館附近就有超市，走到地鐵站大約10到15分鐘，整體來說也算方便，個人很滿意。下次如果有機會再來哥本哈根一定會再來住，也會推薦給朋友。”

“Throughout our stay in the apartment, our stay has been pretty great. The air con provided definitely helped very much against the surprisingly hot weather. “Everything was really nice except the shower space is quite small and also the room doesn’t have air conditioning and you need to make sure the staff provide you duvet that fits the weather - went in spring/early summer and they gave me feather duvet and it’s just killing me at night. The facilities were lacking (no boxed tissues or bathroom floor mats, despite the shower curtain also being the wrong size for the space, making the bathroom extremely hazardous). Housekeeping was also lacklustre, leaving behind used mugs despite there being little else to clean. "

"I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too late! It’s purely ridiculous! Furthermore from the room the guest has no way to reach the hotel personal by any means. If the guest encountered emergency, he/she could do is by using own mobile phone to call city emergency service. This is a big safety faulty of this hotel! I will never stay in this chain hotels!"
