In addition to thorough cleaning with disinfectants as per national health directives, we offer our guests the possibility to request a CERTIFIED sterilization with Ozone before your stay.

The apartment is very nice and welcoming, recently renovated and offers all the comforts required by a demanding traveler.

It consists of 1 double bedroom with double bed and wardrobes, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower and a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchen. A small terrace overlooks peaceful private gardens and allows perfect relaxation after a day out and about in the city.

The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center of Venice, 5 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, one minute from the vaporetto and the direct connection to the airport. Despite the short distance from the main city attractions, the area is very quiet and "Venetian" with all kinds of shops, supermarket, bank and delicious little touristy restaurants.

The apartment is very central and in a good position to get to everything - We arrived a little early and got lost trying to find our way - however some directions for future guests would be very welcome - The only problem we had in the apartment was the mosquitos as we got bitten a lot and had to shut windows - mosquito screens would help so much - this will be our final trip to Venice as if like myself you have mobility problems it is difficult to get around and negotiate lots of steps.

The property was very well located, easily accessible to water taxi, restaurants and heart of Venice. The apartment was very clean and comfortable with necessary amenities. Helen met us at the water taxi station and walked us the short distance to the apartment and gave us instructions and helpful hints about restaurants and sights. Quiet and convenient
Communication was immediate and helpful. Check-in was easy, we were met at the dock by Anna who took us to the apt. and explained everything. Apartment was clean, bathroom new with unlimited hot water. Quiet location but near a major vaporetto stop, so very easy to get around if too tired to walk anymore! The apartment is small, but suited two of us. Would recommend without hesitation.

Simple, Clean, Great Location
We enjoyed our stay—the unit is older but maintained well and the bathroom is recently upgraded. Fondamente Nove vaporetto dock was only two blocks away and the neighborhood was located in a less touristy area which reduced noise and allowed for less expensive food options close by the apartment. This was our first VRBO stay and Luisa made it simple.

Our short stay in Cannaregio
We enjoyed very much, our short stay in this apartment. Very quiet neighbourhood but only a reasonable 15 mins walk from most of the main sights. Met by our very helpful host, Elena, at the quayside following our Alilaguna trip over from the airport and taken to our apartment where nothing was too much trouble over our many questions and suggestions for where to go. The air con was a Godsend as it was very hot and humid! Lovely balcony at the back to relax on. This was our second visit to Venice but the first for our daughter (post-A levels treat) and again all boxes ticked. It's well worth buying the one or two day boat passes to get you anywhere in Venice and to the outlying islands such as Murano and the Lido (where we had a lovely swim). Wait until late afternoon/early evening before going up the Campanile - the views are absolutely stunning in the setting sunlight! If you don't like the crowds, just wander along the many narrow streets and canals away from the centre - you will be rewarded with something different to marvel at every corner. Thank you once again to Luisa and Elena for our stay.

Roberta, an exceptionable host.
From the moment we met at her apartment door, it was apparent that Roberta was a very gracious and caring lady. All three of our apartments in Venice, Florence and Rome were very nice, and in great locations. Roberta's apartment topped the other two. The photographs are accurate. Best of all was the ride to the airport in a comfortable Mercedes sedan she provided for us. She and her apartment rate a ten. Book in confidence.

Lovely apartment
We stayed for 3 nights at Luisa's apartment and were very impressed.The apartment is well situated, being close to the Vaporetto stop, bars and restaurants and so is the perfect place to stay for a break in Venice. Luisa is the perfect host - really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Inside the apartment, the kitchen has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, the main bedroom is spacious and light, the bathroom is modern and, most importantly, the shower works like a dream. The little balcony is an extra bonus and on a warm day the ideal spot for coffee or wine or an Aperol spritz! We would definitely recommend Luisa's apartment and very much hope to return.

Best part was the location. We found it very easy to get around Venice from here. Managed to get lost & found great neighbourhood eats too! The apartment was clean & comfortable. The bathroom had a very good shower. AC worked well. We cooked a couple of delicious meals in the well stocked kitchen. The building was quiet and safe. We recommend it & would book here again on our next visit.

Quaint quiet and very venitian.
We enjoyed this place on the north side of Venice. Luisa came to meet us at a very easy to find location on the northern quay. The apartment is small but kind of spacious, if that makes sense. It has a small living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. The flat is on the second floor - (be cautious about first-floor apartments in Venice because they can be moldy). It is big enough for at least three or four in comfort. The interior feels small and dated by modern American standards, but Venice is an ancient city, and you get used to it pretty quickly. The location is great: a little off the beaten track which makes it quiet, but close enough to the middle of Venice which is what you want. You will have to learn to weave through a maze of alleys and canal bridges to find your way back from San Marco square. What can I say? If you want to experience Venice like a Venitian, this is a great place.

Handy and convenient
We really enjoyed Luisa’s flat. It was in a quiet area of Venice, away from the hustle and bustle. Yet, we were able to walk everywhere ... We were also conveniently located near the Vaparetto stop to go to the islands of Murano and Burano. The beds were very comfortable. Luisa was able to accommodate us as we arrived early. Thank you Luisa and we would definitely stay there again should we be in Venice.

The flat was clean and comfortable. 4 stars considering the reasonable price— this is not a stylish or high-end accommodation, but it met our needs as a place to sleep. The kitchen and bathroom are updated. Would comfortably sleep 3; more than that means pulling out a sofa bed that would really cramp the apartment. Near the valparetto stop in a very quiet neighborhood. We found valparetto expensive and slow and preferred to walk. It took us about 45 minutes to walk from the sights to the apartment but that’s likely because we were constantly lost!
