pool and fun zone for the kids and the rooms looked doable. The rooms were old , from the window was a view of a wall and huge air conditioning unit, dirty carpet and extremely small. The
pool and the fun zone were both closed. So disappointing. We decided we did not want to stay there. I spoke to customer service about our disappointment and they didnt handle it...

"The location is great! The apartment complex has great amenities and is very quiet. Dedicated parking in the garage was also really nice. We used the
pool & hot tub every day. With the building next to the Marina, there is a lot of bird poop on the
pool deck/furnishings/in the
pool - maintenance at the complex could tend to this better. The same goes for the dog park area - even on the 4th floor going into the parking garage, you can smell the urine/feces of the dog park on the ground floor....
