“We were visiting family in nearby Brandon. The space was perfect for our needs. Kitchen was set up with breakfast items and fridge had eggs, bread, milk, water, and basic condiments. The piano was a treat and allowed me to work on some preparation for a concert in the coming week. David is a very attentive host and the story behind the place is fascinating. ”

“The property is in a prime location on Lake Champlain. We brought our own kayaks and access to the lake was easy. The house was stocked with everything we would need and the hosts were very attentive. Helpful Info was provided on activities and shopping in the area. One suggestion for future guests is to bring reading lights, since lighting in common areas was rather dim. ”

“The check-in process was straightforward, and there was a good line of communication with the host. The property is perfect for a Vermont get-away, and the location is excellent. ”

“Garden Island is a beautiful spot for a family getaway. The island is secluded yet easily accessible, and the availability of canoes, kayaks, and paddleboard makes it even easier to enjoy the area. The staff and other guests were all friendly and helpful, it feels like a community, and even the dogs were all well behaved. The Willow apartment was not very clean and is pretty run down, but it is comfortable enough to provide a home base and launching point to enjoy the island and region. We got...
