“The location of the castle was very convenient however this is NOT a castle. It is merely an event space built to resemble a castle. We arrived eaely on a Sunday and our room was not ready. We were told they would contact us when it was available but never did. Our room was next to the elevator, so was noisy. Bring your earplugs!”

“Beautiful clean facility, not sure there would be much for children to do; however, I’m sure they would be welcome. VERY comfortable beds and super soft linens. We were in the front and heard some street noise; however, it didn’t interrupt our sleep and a white noise fan and earplugs were provided but not needed. Loved looking out the windows. ”

The hosts were great - they called twice on Christmas, the day we were arriving, to ensure we had the codes to enter and details for our stay. "The hotel was good. The room was clean and the personal was very respectful with us, but I do not know that the hotel was airport shuttle so I had to pay an Uber. I suggest that please confirm the facilities first. The only thing that i'm not happy was for the breakfeast it was the same all the days i'm was there and everything was cold. Nothing was hot food."
