Vertical Illusions: Tours y Actividades

We stayed for three nights. We ordered two drinks at the swim up bar and it took a long time to receive them. Then the way they have you just charge them to your room is not confidential. We didn’t order anymore. We ate at the restaurant and the waiter was very slow with our drinks and our food. We are not inpatient people but we like to have a drink with our appetizer. Then he forgot to put our drink order in when we asked for another one. Waited for over 25 minutes for the refill. The elevators were always busy and you had a long wait. We will be staying somewhere else next time.

The room was spotless and it was nice to relax with the fireplace. Also enjoyed saving money by buying and cooking our own meals.
