“This property is an older, roomy home. However, it is clear that the host has expended effort and expense to provide a clean and comfortable stay. Communication and check-in in was excellent. The house is located on a somewhat active street, and the first impression could use a little facelift with some stone work and deck refinishing.”

“Understandable it is a rental property and things are going to get worn down. Its time for this place to get fixed. It could be a really top notch little place. Example weeds overgrown, holes in drywall, shaky dinner table, stains in furniture, carpet. No control over furnace? Linens and Kitchen were clean It was doable for us. We made It work and slept well. We mostly just needed a place to rest and we were out the rest of the time. Great location next to Old Town Springs and Manitou great……
