When problems arose with the parking in the parkade staff was quick to accomodate a solution. Cleaning staff was also friendly, kept the propety well maintained. Had a family feel to the hotel, with a small swimming pool the little one loved. The location was great we were close to everything Victoria had to offer, it truely couldnt of gotten any better. It’s centrally located and close to restaurants and places you might want to visit, such as the Royal BC Museum, Parliament, and Chinatown. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Kudos to the front desk staff member on the morning shift (sorry I wasn’t able to get your name) who assisted us. We really appreciated all your help. The building is older, so you can expect to hear some noise from the hallway as it’s not fully soundproof. The pool is quite small, but my kids still enjoyed swimming in it. Fifteen dollars a night, we stayed two nights. Paying Two hundred a night for a room we were not expecting to also pay for parking! Also the door in the parking area was not working with our room key and we had to use a button, so not very secure. I also thought they would clean the room, they did NOT! When I asked about it at the front desk I was told they clean it every other day, we were there only for two nights! They did bring clean towels. Good location for walkability. There are so many awesome restaurants nearby so don’t fault them for not having an onsite restaurant! Friendly staff. Small pool, not operating right now - under repair. Older building so there are quarks related to that such as sound transference and wear and tear (clean and not related to furnishings).
