“職員友善，客房整潔舒適，酒店地處位置優越，很多景點都步行可致。”

“It was ok”

“The room is clean. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The location is great. A lot of restaurants and scenic spots are within walking distance.”

“職員服務態度殷勤，有禮貌令人有賓至如歸嘅感覺”

“Hotel Rialto is in downtown Victoria. The hotel, room and staff were good. The issue I had was outside the hotel. The parking garage was really clean and seems new. The only issue there was that there was no elevator and I had to carry the baby stroller up a flight of stairs. I think the location isn’t the most convenient for families with young children requiring strollers but is certainly fantastic for adults. The establishment was good overall and had a warm and fun environment……

“無與倫比的經驗,留在腦海裏都是美麗的回憶”

“Room is rather spacious for 2 people. The bathroom is clean. The shower can be stronger Flow but temperature easily adjustable. Breakfast has only one meat option - sausage or meatballs on each day I was there. Another protein option is egg. Good self-service waffle machine. Location is excellent - close to the inner harbour and legislative assembly.”

“海景房景觀非常棒，房間新又乾淨，因為屬於日本APA集團所以也有日本免治馬桶的設施，很令人驚喜👍👍👍”

“各方面都滿意”

“good breakfast”

“The room is very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.”

“乾淨房間”

“Very helpful staff. Room was clean and everything worked. Linen and towels very clean like new. Check in was smooth and well explained. We arrived early but was offered a room without us asking. Helpful to look after luggage after we checked out so we could continue exploring. Enjoyable stay and with no drama”

“only provide expensive valet parking and breakfast not included.... Not worthy for that pricing at all.”

“Overall okay hotel. Staff are friendly. But hotel WiFi very bad. Also complementary coffee tasted like water.”
