"When I went to shower, the tub faucet shot off the pipe when I pulled up in the diverter for the shower. I tried to screw the faucet back on the pipe but realized the pipe had no threads to screw into. I had to was those points of contact ising the washrag to get areas wet. I had to wash my hair in the very small kitchen sink. No manager on site to talk to, just the front desk clerk (who was very nice). "
