“Clean and comfortable!”

“The pros are the hotel has great facilities for families, they have some really good slides for the kids, an arcade room, a Starbucks nearby and also car rental. There are two restaurants onsite and a few others within proximity. I also like the lobby area where they have a couple of tree swings, chess and some activities for the kids. That said, in terms of value, the room does not justify it. The bed was creaking, toilet is really small (you can’t even open the the door fully without swiping……

“Nothing”

“Nice resort, however facilities are a bit old.”

“Great experience ”

“Excellent ”

“First-class service, recommended to choose to stay”

“Amazing property with an incredible staff. A+++ all the way around!”

“I did not like this location and would not go back. It’s on a lower floor, and kind of dark and musty. I left within a few hours of being there. But the host was very communicative and the location is great. I just wouldn’t personally stay here.”

“The property location was exactly what we wanted, easy access to the Wailea beachfront walking path and directly on the beach. We had a great time but if you are considering this place you need to go in with your eyes wide open. It was very pricey for how tired this unit is. It badly needs a full renovation. The tile is from the 1980's, the carpet is gross and crunchy. When we arrived late, it appeared someone had tried to break in the sliding doors and that set off numerous R&M emails……

“Our room was clean. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. Centrally located and a good value for the price.”

“I saw a scorpion on the floor of our room, the refrigerator make a lot noise and the room is very small.”
