"We had a very good tone at this place, very very clean, staff super friendly!! The rooms were nice size, very large and extremely clean and comfortable. Please book with them!! "

"It seemed like they were short on staff. The men’s bathroom near the front desk was closed and it looked like a man had used the women’s room and left the toilet unflished. There was spilt milk and a bunch of children’s Knick knacks on the floor of the elevator, the shampoo and soap containers in the shower were empty, we had no bath mat, etc. "

"I guess because I was an Expedia traveler or booker the service was gross, the room was gross and I had a child in the room above me who bumped ball and ran all day long. From 6 in the morning till the time I got back and then probably fell asleep. I came here for rest and because of reviews but I will not return. Plus the unexpected charges to my credit card, people cutting you in line while waiting to check in was another crazy experience. I wanted the park view but I could not even step outside of my room because the balcony was broken down with a lot of mildew. Do better for an extinguished resort. Do better! Very disappointed!"

"Room was fine. Breakfast food was okay, but there didn't seem to me enough staff to keep food stocked and trash emptied. "

"Staff was fantastic and so was the lobby. The sleeping rooms are horrible. Need to be totally gutted and redone. Holes in walls, peeling paint, door not secure- locks not secure. "

"Stayed in the suite, Vanity lighting was too low, Kitchen light switch was hard to find. No utensils or dishes avaliable in Kitchen, ironing board was damaged and unsafe. Everything else was great."
