“To honor my elderly mothers request to go to the beach for a weekend, I looked for a small house that wasn't too expensive and where everything was on one floor. The cottage met our requirements. The cottage was clean, had ample towels, and the beds were comfortable. The check-in and out was very easy. The owners were very kind and pleasant to work with. We had a wonderful visit.”

“It's a cute house, just steps away from the beach. We had a great time enjoying all the sights around town and beach during our trip. They had everything we needed to enjoy our stay...Our host was awesome and communicated with me about everything ”

“Wonderful communication with property owner, comfortable beds and amenities like a welcome basket with snacks/bottle water/juice was an added bonus. Very clean throughout and easy to follow check-in and out instructions. Only minor complaint is that the air conditioner for the upstairs room was off upon arrival, so the room was quite hot when we arrived near 8pm at night. Would definitely stay again as we were close walk to the beach and local food spots. ”

“We loved staying at Sandy Mutts ! Communication was great , location and access to the beach was convenient and perfect as well. We only stayed for a couple of nights but it was just what we needed. We brought our chihuahua and kitty along and they were comfortable and happy. We did bring our own towels and it worked for us. I will definitely be coming back. ”

“As the listing describes, this is an older house that has some updating needed. It was decently clean (there was a lot of stained carpets and such, but we were expecting that from the listing description). It didn't smell and we didn't see any bugs. The beds were comfy, the location was nearby everything we were visiting and it was on the beach. There were a few issues we had when we got there and they were resolved quickly.
