“Awesome house. Clean. Practical. Well located. Quick and efficient responses from the owners. Absolutely recommendable!”

“This place was fantastic for our family of four. Beds were so good that my wife and I want to ask what mattress brand it is because we forgot to look before we left. Hot tub was great. Laundry super handy. Stocked with all of the things that we would typically forget or have to run to a store for. Location is 5-7 minutes from everything, park entrance, Lily Lake, downtown (shops, restaurants) golf, mountain coaster, etc., yet outside of town enough to enjoy the stars and feel like you aren’t...

“Beautiful views! Perfect space for a larger family or two smaller families. Convient location”

“House was wonderful, beds were very comfortable. Host was wonderful. The only thing was the listing said it had air conditioner and it didn't, but it was nice enough that we didn't need it. Also it was right next to a busy road, so it was pretty noisy, considering we had to have windows open. Overall, we were very happy with everything and would stay there again.”

“Good place for a small group. The electrical door pad was not working so it took some time to get in. We ended up using the padlocked key, then we had to use one key for the rest of the weekend which was a little inconvenient for having multiple cars and people. They asked us if one key was ok, but really they should have a policy to fix important stuff like that right away. The place was clean and there was enough kitchen and living room space to accommodate 5 of us. Each having our own bed....

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. It was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. It was very convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. Directions for everything was very clear and easy communication with the owner.”

“Clean property with large rooms, high ceilings, and an incredible view. The playroom attached to the kids' room was a huge hit with our 4- and 6-year-olds! The hot tub was clean and features a great view, and the fire pit was fun to spend an evening around. Overall an excellent place to stay for families with super easy access to the national park and to all the Estes Park activities, with about a 7-minute drive to the 2 parking lots downtown. We will definitely be staying here again.”
