“Our stay in Carbondale was wonderful. The home was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. Our whole family, including our dog really enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely - very easy to walk or bike to many places and a short drive to mountain adventures. The host let us know there was some construction next door, but we didn't find it at all disruptive. Neighbors share a wall and they were friendly and quiet. The kitchen had everything we could have needed. Bathrooms……

We rented both the main house and apartment and had some troubles getting into the apartment, but the team at Renjoy the local property manager was responsive and helpful in troubleshooting and getting us in. The place was well stocked. We went for a work retreat and it was perfect for this.”

“We booked this property for multiple nights, but unfortunately the host was misleading about the reservation. Instead of being able to stay in one room for our entire booking, we were told we had to check in and out every single day. This was never communicated beforehand, and it made the stay unnecessarily stressful and inconvenient.When we arrived, the first room we were given had a strong smell of smoke, even though it was supposed to be non‑smoking. It was obvious someone had smoked in there……
