"I don't like that I had to pay for parking when I paid to stay at the hotel. Super crappy. I could understand paying for days that I'm not there, like if I'm flying out, but not while I'm there. Also, the shuttle service sucked. They didn't even show up on my return flight. I waited 45 minutes before I finally caught the Americinn shuttle, as it was across the street from Spark . Really unprofessional. Won't stay here again."

"I’ve stayed here 5 times. I was charged parking for the first time. The old air conditioner would loudly kick on and turn off within a minute. That kept happening. This place is normally superior. "

"The staff was great. Hotel is beautiful but rooms are a little outdated. Was very disappointed because the information regarding the hotel amenities were incorrect online and when we checked in the pool was already closed. Breakfast was good."
