“The hotel wad in a good location within 10 mins walk of the centre of Rye. Free parking was a real benefit. Hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, quiet and spacious with a nice view looking out over the river. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very tasty. We enjoyed our stay at the Haven hotel and would thoroughly recommend. ”

“Lovely staff - so thoughtful and accommodating! I arrived early, coming immediately from a very long & tiring international flight. I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals. “We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.”

“Amazing room. Like a suite with a separate sitting room. Sea and downland views from the bedroom and sea view from sitting room. Spotless rooms and bathroom. Lashings of hot water. Super quiet too. I eat in the conservatory in the evening and the menu was very varied. Everything I had was cooked perfectly. The breakfast offered excellent choice on the cold front, but i did not try, cold meats, cereals, yoghurt, fruit juices, fruit salad, grapefruit. It was limited on the cooked front and I had……
