“Friendly housekeeper ”

“We stayed there for 5 nights with our 2 teen girls joining over the weekend. Everything was really good: the hospitality, the room and bedding, breakfast, local restaurant guide and even the flush at the toilet. Parking was an issue after 8pm as usually all the closest parking lots would be full.”

“Staff very helpful, room clean and modern. quiet, did not hear other guests. Entrance to reception difficult slope if you have mobility issues”

“We stayed in a family room which was clean and close to the beach, with some restaurants around. There is no USB socket in the room so need to bring your own sockets to charge your phones and devices. Pillows are too soft. Breakfast was included, with cold and cooked buffet for selection.”

“Zeer leuk verblijf. Wij verbleven in familiekamer met 2 volwassenen en 3 kinderen. Zeer propere kamer, goed ontbijt (geen uitgebreid buffet, maar alles wat je nodig hebt en eieren à la carte), goede ligging inclusief parking. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Voor mij een aanrader. Wij waren op doorreis en hebben vanuit de Sheldon Eastbourne bezocht en de seven Sisters.”

“Absolutely lovely staff and building! Room could do with a bit of a dusting and the pillows were very flat but those minor things did not make a negative impact on the stay. Would happily stay again.”

“Bathroom needs updating, shower does work. Bed is worn and old. Bad smell in the room. Noise of people next door until early hours.”

“This is a well reasonably maintained property and excellent value for money. Bedroom and bed were comfortable with decent sized enough suite room with a shower. Check in was good and actually checked in an hour early.”

“This was a decent hotel and lobby is lovely and modern but rooms are tired and a bit scruffy. not terrible but little things like odd broken tiles in the bathrooms and mould on the silicone. Reception staff adequate but not overly helpful. bar staff on the other hand were great and very accommodating. Great location for town and the Pier with lots of parking at the rear which is chargeable but not expensive. could be a great hotel with a bit of TLC and maybe some retraining for reception……

“Room was clean bed was comfy room was warm. Only thing I would sat is the pillows aren't great and there was only 1 each ”
